I placed an order for plants and included delivery date details as I would not be at home for a 2 week period. The plants were delivered 10 days before I was due to return home, on opening not surprisingly they are mouldy and dead. I raised a customer ticket 7 days ago and to date have not received a reply. Unable to find a telephone number for Customer Service. My first and last time dealing with this company.
