To whom this may concern... Please address this with urgency. I at no point agreed or authorized PDF FILLER to pay/DEDUCT a monthly charge because I cancelled my subscription within an hour of using the app...An app that I didn't even use in the end because the document was ultimately uploaded as a .jpg. This is not ok at all and I demand a refund immediately, this money is needed for my dogs medical attention. Not only did I cancel my subscription well within the free trial agreement, where is PDF FILLER coming up with a $120 charge? That was stated no where in the monthly subscription even if I had t cancel the amount is wrong. After reading multiple complaints this app is doing bad business. I'm a single mom and unemployed due to covid.
