Debra Kuster from Mountain Grove, Missouri did not provide papers for the puppy I bought from her and blocked my texts when I asked her for them. My experience with this breeder is as followed: When I went to go pick up the puppy I got from her, I asked to see his parents AFTER money had exchanged hands. The attached picture proves the kind of conditions that their dogs live in. They were muddy, wet, and cold and their weren’t any puppies to be seen, but there was a shed with no windows that I could hear dog sounds coming from. The puppy we got from her is so far healthy, except it has a few behavioral issues. One of them being that he acts like every meal is going to be his last, which I can only imagine is because he had to fight for every meal when he lived under the living conditions that I observed. The conversation I had with my daughter as we pulled away was about how we both felt awful for these dogs and we were heart broken to drive away knowing these dogs were living this way. On their website they talk about how these animals are their “pets”. My pets have never looked like they do in the attached photo!! Buyer beware - you are getting puppies from a puppy mill and don’t expect any lineage papers, even if they say they will send them later. After I had trouble getting the paperwork from them, I searched her name and found out she was banned from AKC for two years with a hefty fine.
