10’x 300’ front strip of my front lawn is burnt up and void of grass.

My address is Plymouth,mi. Been a happy customer for 5 or 6 yrs. Fall 2020 after servicing for weed control, my street to sidewalk yard, 10 x 300 section, turn brown &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; burnt out. Spring 2021 attempt to fix by reseeding was done. Some new grass started to grow. Then a 1 week on the job, new TruGreen employee care out and fertilized theat area. Two weeks later , burnt grass again.
