Im satisfied with the hospital and the staff at VCA Five Points Animal Hospital in Burien, WA. I do believe they are somewhat more costly tjan other vets locally. The vets there however have always taken a very conservative approach in treatment and have always discussed options and decisions were always made with us involved. They have been very accomodating on scheculing us. I dont believe Care Club worked out for.us even though i sought to have my dog monthly to get my $90/month value User's recommendation: Each hospital is a franchise and only as good as its employees there.
