I have 2 account with following email as below with same contact number 018976**** which I have lazada wallet balance but cannot be activated: 1st - ngh2k@***.com 2nd - nghmsg@***.com (with lazada wallet balance) I tried to delete the 1st account anf found not able to delete and only can change the details but when I want to change the phone number it need the new phone number verification which i only have 1 phone number. Now I cannot do anything with my lazada wallet balance. User's recommendation: Allow to delete account.
