While trying to reschedule my reservation there is absolutely zero way to contact anyone about it and get and immediate response even waiting on hold, there is no phone line way to speak to anyone. I went to the park and my friend messed up his reservation so we couldnt get in and they claimed to not be able to help me reschedule my reservation at the park. Now it says my ticket doesnt exist and I cant reschedule online so speaking to someone would be the only way to fix my problem. Six flags magic mountain offers ZERO in support for my issue and basically takes the stance of too bad so sad in my opinion and as a customer who has already spent my money, its kinda disappointing. User's recommendation: Make sure you do everything 100% correct on your own because six flags will offer ZERO in regards to help either over the phone, or at the park apparently.
