My mobile no. Is [protected]. On 10/06/2017 I was trying to recharge of my idea mobile. On search they send one otp to continue the process. As per their instruction I paid rs 9.00. They have given me the offer that by paying rs9.00 all local&std mobile calls will be charged @ 30 paisa per minute for 45 days. I paid the money through debit card and transaction detail is sbipg ju5422074132idea mumbai. After recharging they sent me a message by saying that recharge of rs9.00 is done successfully and you will get the benefit of all local calls @30paise/minute for three days. Then again they sent one message ie. You will get the full benefit of the recharge. This is the 3rd time they are doing the same. Once I have complained about the same and afterwards they gave me the actual full benefit but it was for30 days. It is understood that it is their policy to cheat the illiterate people. Please do the needful immediately
