I used IDTRUE to look up one felony. I paid $9.95 for the lookup and then I received a billing for the next month which I paid. The next month I received another bill. I called IDTRUE AND THEY CANCELLED THAT CHARGE ONLY. Now I received a charge on mu Discover Card for the other $38.95. Please issue a credit for that charge of $38.95. thank you for your help.
