Charges for services not used

I have used taxact fir several year with no problems until now. I was charged for importing a previous year when I did not import. I have tried several ways to contact them with no luck. No chat available, no e-mail fir customer service and no phone number to be found. I will not be using this service again and I will no longer recommend them.
