Charged for State Filing

I choose the box to do state filing later but when I submitted my payment it charged me for the state filing anyway. WHY???? Also, on my Federal Return, why was I given only the option for TaxAct Deluxe and not the option to file the free option. I have used your service for many years, but no more. I will be informing my friends and neighbors not to use your service. I am very disappointed with my experience. Robert G. Wolverton (CHIPWOLV) User's recommendation: Do not trust it.
