Changed my lock on my storage

I have had storage unit on 13601 Dessau Rd Austin Texas from cube smart for at least a year, pay my bill, now I go and try and get in to my storage a new lock is there I am locked out of my own storage. Where is the manager I need my stuff if it is still there.keep same lock
