Change contract to my name – my husband passed away

I have on numerous occassions contacted Autopage Cellular - and I have e-mailed them, as well as going to the Autopage Cellular branch in Bracken City - My husband passed away on 10 March 2010 - and my cell contract was on my late husbands name, I went to Autopage in Bracken City - gave in all the necessary documents, Certified Death Certificate, Certfied copies of my husband and my Identity Document, Letter of Executorship, I also signed a new agreement - I have had endless problems since then - the contract has not been put onto my name to date this is nearly a year ago - but they are very quick to call and pawn another contract onto a person but my existing one they have not sorted out - I gave them my new banking details and informed them that my husbands account will be closed by the Estate and that they have to sort this out and deduct it off my account - in December 2010 I received a final demand letter and threat that they will hand me over - I informed them that my late husbands account was closed on the 19th August 2010 by the Estate Administrators - but they never listended they still deducted off A CLOSED ACCOUNT of which the debit orders were returned OBVIOUSLY as it was closed - I paid the account manually and they then disconncted my cell number - which is being used for business purposes - now there is credit lying on my cell number but it can not be used - I only received incomming calls and sometime sms's - I did the same with my late husbands other contract phone with MTN which was done 3 weeks after his passing - NO PROBLEMS. But not with Autopage - I even RICA'D my sim and I kept on getting ### sms's saying that I have to rica the sim otherwise they will disconnect the line. I do not have a car and cannot drive up and down to Autopage Cellular in Bracken City and NOTHING (I MEAN NOTHIG) gets sorted out - and the times that I did get hold of the call centre and told the person on the otherside how upset I am - they get cockey and once the woman even put the phone down in my ear. VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM AUTOPAGE CELLULAR. I need this matter to be resolved as I not even upgraded on my contract which has now been 3 years - I want my cell number to be made pay as you go and take it away from Autopage Cellular as I AM VERY VERY UNHAPPY with their bad service - I have send previous e-mails which they replied to by [protected]@... I am not interested in that they have received my e-mail and will attend to it that they just have a high volume of e-mails. I want this matter sorted out - and I will in writing cancel my contract if I need to - when I went in to see them the last time they told me I had to cancel my contract a month before the time - but they could not tell me when that was either January 2011 or February 2011 - just explain to me WHY THEY DID NOT KNOW. Should I not have a satisfactory resolve I will take this matter to the news paper, carte blanche and who ever I have to but I will not be spoken to by call centre staff like ### or sit with a phone that they cut the line (WHICH I USE FOR BUSINESS). This is a big loss for my business and I will claim damages from Autopage Cellular. This matter has gone on for long enough now. How long will I have to wait for anyone to come back to me - again 3 weeks or what???????????
