Champion missed part of my order but the packing slip says it’s included

I ordered 2 identical hoodies but only 1 arrived! The packing slip says 2 hoodies, 2 packages.... but there was only 1 package and 1 hoodie. I am in Cali and it was 2:15pm when I tried to call... a recording notified me that they close at 5pm eastern time and are also closed through the weekend. So now I have to wait until Monday to speak to customer service to have this resolved. It took me 15 minutes to find a customer service email address since Champion is apparently a Hanes company. There ought to be at least an email address they make available for customers to use after hours for cases like this... if only for peace of mind that we're able to immediately report such issues.
