You guys are working on my last nerve, after so many phone calls, airtime, emails, total waste of my time, only to be told months later my phone is still laying in your repair shop! And I must send proof of payment, of which I sent to the entire finrite, you give me the same story, after months! How are your doors still open. How??! This is a disgrace, and I have to continuously use my airtime! Just to be told my phone is still not fixed!
