We booked twice two tickets and they both got cancelled just before we got there. They didn't forgot to charge us tho and promise refund in 7 days! The cost for us exceeded by far the tickets as it *** two afternoons plans plus cost of transportation. And the fact that they charge you to cancel after is outrageous. This company should be banned from practice. BTW it is more expensive than the French website official. Not even saving money. Will avoid them fo4ever and warn everyone of the scam. If the money doesn't come thru a complaint will be filed with French tribunal de commerce.
