Cashier doesn’t know

I got Joey restaurant gift card $50 (then $10 free Safeway gift card) But 2 store(both SW Calgary) cashier doesn’t know about it (Sep5-11 flyer) “Oh..I don’t know!” “What are you talking about?” It’s really uncomfortable and takes way to time. I hope manager tell to cashier and customer service before start flyer week.
