Car would not start due to it being inabled

I had a change of pay schedule at work us auto sales refused to work with me. I have made my payments almost a year now with no issues. They disabled my car on July 4th. I borrowed money to pay the payment and had to contact the hotline to get a signal to my car. Then on July 5th they disabled it again while I was in a store. I called in to find out why and let me point out that the heat index that day here in Florida was 110. I had 3 children in the car and they want to go through all this verification some questions asked more then once. That was the most frustrating thing in the world. Its hot kids are upset it was a disaster. I hate this company if I can refinance I will be doing so. They are ridiculous disabling someones car while they are in a store leaving them stranded just to call in to be asked the same questions over and over again. After about 15 minutes they finally realized the payment had been made.
