car pick up place wrong and won’t answer the phone.

I reserved a car to be picked up in costa mesa. The confirmation came back saying it was to be picked up in miami, florida!! I called to cancel. Was told to call back in 5 minutes because he was with a customer. I called back getting an answer machine. Pressing 3 to cancel just put me back at the beginning of the answer machine. Do not deal with these people!!!
