On wed June 12,2019 between 10:30 am-2 pm my car was parked and someone hit it and left. I was parked close to ghost rider about 2 rows away from the handicap parking facing toward beach blvd. I drive a dark gray Yukon Denali xl with a tow hitch in and a handicap license plate. I’m trying to find the video footage of who ever hit my car and left. I have been a pass-holder since I was 5 years old now 33 and have passed for myself and 3 children. I can’t afford to fix my car. But the person who hit it should pay for it as they caused the damage and what they did is illegal
