Can’t wait for my contract to be over!!

The customer service when calling into Ackerman is the absolute WORST!. These are the rudest people ever. I called today about an issue caused by an Ackerman installer (glued a sensor to the door that has come off & the alarm currently will not work & the other that was replaced is barely hanging on) and was told they can not assist due to being one month behind on a bill? I have called an explained numerous times that due to a recent, unexpected hospitilization, bills got behind. They don't care. No empathy or concern. I then asked for a manager or corporate contact & the girl who advised she was a corporate rep was even worse than the 1st person I spoke to. I really wish had done research when selecting this company. This company has no empathy or concern for their customers or the quality of work that is done in someone's home. I totally regret choosing Ackerman!
