Cant reach through email. How do I reach the company????

I was contacted by Norton to say that he would be charged $279 for a renewal. I did not know that I had Norton I did not have a computer for years. I dont know when I signed up for Norton but I wanted to cancel that automatic renewal. Ive tried email Ive tried calling I cant find any way to contact them. User's recommendation: Do not ever buy a Norton product.
