Can’t Log into my Booth

I have been with Bonanza for about a year or so. It's connected to my Ebay store so I don't visit the site unless I have a sale. Anyway, been trying to log in for a couple of days and when I log in it takes me to the home page but says I'm logged out. Help!!!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t use Bonanza, they have absolutely no customer service.
