Our boat was delivered after almost six months with slight flaws in the paint and a few other issues. Ceser promised that he would get it cleaned up, we should just bring it back when we wouldn't be using it. We've had it back in his shop no less than 4 time over the past year for the repairs and every time we get it back in worse condition than we left it in. Now they will not return our calls. The brand new boat we waited almost six months for and paid $46K has never looked "in delivery" condition. It is now covered in overspray and paint "touch up" that doesn't match. All we want is the boat fixed.
