Can’t ever reach a live person unless you wait over an hour!

After waiting over an hour, I was promised a late fee adjustment. The promise was not kept and now I am waiting on the phone now for over 45 minutes. Will never buy Toyota again because of this! You need a live person sometimes to deal with situations. Bad business if you ask me. User's recommendation: Run Forest Run from Toyota! Never again!
