Can’t connect LYFT with my complaint. Options do not apply to me. I use LFYT often and have been happy. However, why can’t someone listen to my complaint.

I received a Cartridge (wrong one) and when I tried to find an invoice or confirmation number, there was none. I have been charged $93. and NO WAY to return it. This is a FRAUD
