the problem is something i have never seen! the cans just don't open?? if you look close at the top, before you try opening it part of the circle is not cut! which allows the can to open properly. once you try, only way to get open, is to ram a screwdriver down into it and force it open!! not the safest and most sanitary way to go!! my guess is the die to cut the pattern is worn out and needs replaced?? i am not a moron and didn't get hurt or anything but just wanted to let you know it happened. i got 2 cases both off the same pallet that did this! the third case that was off a different pallet is okay so far. the code # on defective cases was 20jul20 cl210* **-***-**. in case you want to do some quality control . obviously their is a problem that needs to be addressed before someone does injure themselves thanks for looking into this
