Cannot order on-line for pickup at store

I lost my BevMo card but my account number is 400******** My e-mail address is cjpivato@***.com and I don't remember the password When I sign in with the email address and I say "forgot password" … it says enter email will send pass ….. then it comes back and says "no account found with this email" Can you PLEASE get me out of the E-MAIL POOP!!!!!!! My email is correct and my BevMo account number is correct because I got it from my store in Canoga Park Ca yesterday April 10, 2020
