Tried to make payment online. Told no one with my email address was registered, which I knew was incorrect. However, I tried to re-register and of course was told it could not be done, because my email was already registered. So...I am in online payment limbo. This seems like a good way for PHH to earn more fees as users are unable to make timely payments or take senior citizens homes on the cheap via foreclosure, because it is hard to imagine any one of a certain age being able to figure your horrible website. I can easily see someones granny accidentally not making a payment via no fault of her own. This is the worst mortgage website I have ever used, and I own multiple properties and have multiple mortgages. Not fixing this catastrophe is unethical. User's recommendation: If you have a choice stay away. If they bought your loan my condolences!!
