Cannot get a response from Customer Service via email. I just get reassurances that my order will ship ASAP and that isn’t even what I emailed about. Same with Catherine’s order I placed.

I tried to cancel and order before it shipped and couldn't do it. More importantly, I was somehow signed up for something called Rewards Member which I do NOT want and I cannot get a response to my request to cancel that either.
