Cannot get a refund

I purchased two items, both of which did not fit. I returned both items and tracking shows they received them, the first item over a month ago. I still have not received a refund. I have written asking for updates and only receive emails that it is taking longer. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
