Called every US number for customer service and none of them are active. Booked 4 round-trip tickets from Boston to Lima in November of 2019. Flight was cancelled and all other attempts have also been cancelled. I simply want a refund. It's been a year already. User's recommendation: Beware of pandemics when booking flights.
