Cannot activate prepaid debit card sent to me.

I received a prepaid debit card in the mail, but am unable to activate it when calling the number provided - 1-80*-240-****. The reason given is "non-recognition of my telephone number"? I registered on the Money Network website and see where a deposit was made to my account, but I cannot access the funds until the card is activated. If online activation is possible, Money Network needs to clarify how that's done. After calling 800-240-**** - there is no option available to speak with someone for assistance. They simply cut you off saying "call back from another number" - HUH - I don't have another number. Frankly, I find the Money Network "system" confusing and frustrating! Customer Service is non-existent. User's recommendation: Avoid Money Network.
