Cancelled credit card

Because of inactivity, but don't like their min pay of $35 and rate. So I only use in emergencies. Now I will watch my credit score because when an account is closed,the credit companies lower your score, I was told? So if this happens and I have always paid them on time and in full, I well take to court asking for $5 mill per point!!! I will watch my score the next 2 months. Don't need this anyway, just got a Chase card and the rate is lower and min due is $25. GREAT!!!
