We were informed by AIR BERLIN that the airline cancelled our return flights the day of our arrival in Miami . An alternative flight from MIA to TLV would cost a minimum of 850 EUR/person, which is almost double the price of the original ticket cost. We request a full refund/cancellation for our tickets and additional reimbursement.
