Cancellation/Suspension of Internet/Broadband

Due to Covid I have not been to GC for more than one year and will not be returning until February 2022. I would like to retain my telephone connection but suspend my Internet/Broadband until I return next year. I have tried calling but have had to wait too long to speak to a customer care representative. If I need to complete and sign a form, please send by email. I await your reply. Keep safe.
