Cancellation of contract handled very poorly.

I have been trying to cancel my contract with netstar since March 2021 with no luck. Eventually when I reversed a debit order they started contacting me and then the process started getting traction. I have paid the cancellation fee already and still the following month they debited my account. I have also been trying to contact them since then but to no avail. This is very very poor!
