After a traumatic accident where my vehicle was written off, the last thing you need to deal with is Netstar. What an awful experience, systems and staff that did not action the cancellation and are unable to give me the settlement in writing. 5 Oct 2020 CAS-4001197-B2Z3 - cancellation request - NOT ACTIONED 7 Oct 2020 CAS-4009653-J5P6 - cancellation request - NOT ACTIONED Daily emails sent to cancellations from 05 Oct to 9 Oct - NO RESPONSE 12 Oct 2020 CAS-4019313-J2Y1 - cancellation request done on the phone. Agent promised to send something in writing including the settlement amount. - NOTHING RECEIVED 13 Oct 2020 - phoned again to get something in writing. Immediately received a letter confirming cancellation - NO SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. I have just phoned again, the agent cut off the call intentionally - STILL NO SETTLEMENT FIGURE IN WRITING. I would definitely never use NETSTAR again for personal or business
