On 04/23/2020 I ordered a vent fan from AJ Madison. They gave me tons of excuses for not delivering and finally cancelled the order. The amount I paid was $1951.67. I have tried to contact them and they leave you on hold for about 45 minutes and then disconnect you. This is FRAUD and thievery. How can they get away with this? I have filed a dispute with my credit card Bank of America but they also say because I have paid the bill and it was so long ago that they (April of this year) that they cannot tell me anything.
