Canceled order after 28 days!!!

I ordered service 2 weeks prior to moving. Told I would get 1 G Fiber but would take 40 days. Called on day 28 to find my order canceled.after an hour on hold I was told they had no more cable and no plans to build. Literally calked Hughes Net and they will be here in 2 days Poor customer service. 28 days to decide they cant service you snd they dont even call. I could have had Hughes Net on day 1!
