Cancel policy

I want my policy cancelled immediately. I do not want a card I cant speak to someone. Even the chat was bad. I had 2 cards 1 is cancelled 2nd is T-Mobile app stinks no place to cancel this Michele Onofrio. 17840 n 19th Place phx ax 85023. Unable to cancel a card is deceptive business practices. Cancel my 2nd card immediately or call leave a valid number 602377**** Cancelcredit card now User's recommendation: Terrible customer service.
