I have attempted to reach Esquire by phone, which has been busy EVERY time I have called, have NEVER been able to access your customer service or been able to even temporarily suspend my subscription. I finally replied to an email you sent with a renewal notice with plenty of time before my subscription was up, which ends this month and still I was charged to an account that I no longer use. The result is that my account was overdrawn and charged overdraft fees. I have blocked your magazine with Wells Fargo and don't want it again, thank you.
