I ordered an LG Fridge from Sam Guarantham of the Brampton/Mississauga location and he took the order I needed it for a family function at my home and told him my delivery parameters that the door needed to change due to limited space, he sent the link to pay for it and never serviced me at all. I got an email to pay the balance when it was in I was told, but had trouble with my credit card online so I called in to process it, and the Customer service rep said it was discontinued. I called, emailed Sam many times with no answer. I travel for work so it was hard coordinate, but i called one afternoon and got a great guy on the phone and he told me there was a replacement for the item and processed it. I needed it in one week and he said he would help. I had it delivered the door swing was wrong but at least i had it for the function. I then called CSR and told them the door was wrong and they said if I had told them before it would have been a $50 charge to change at delivery. Sam did not tell me this at all at purchase time. I was going to get my brother to change it and you have to get a qualified person to do it and told CSR that. They said to call Sam who I purchased it from and he could do something. I called, emailed Sam again with no response. I just got back last week and finally got him on the phone. He assured me someone would be at my house today to do it no charge and he would leave me a message. I called yesterday upon my return as there was no message to find he did not call or arrange anything,. I called today got him on the phone and he said he could do it Monday and sent me an invoice for$134.00 He lies, does not care, I contacted Carlo Bias his manager and he did not call or communicate either. This company is terrible, I do not recommend then to anyone, I would not have this fridge if I did not do all the work and they get commission?? Sam should be doing something else for a living instead of ripping off people.
