I order two different dolls from this company listed as wwwreborndollshop.com but I received two exact dolls. What I ordered was one Bess doll and one Elsie. I called the 120*-925-**** number provided spoke with man I said his name was John kept telling me to send an email with the picture showing the two dolls I did this over and over I was told someone would get back with me within 48 hours which no one ever did this has been going on since December trying to get This return label and get this order straightened out and just got the runaround. The address they list on their website is 1100 cranbury S. River Rd. however they dont list the state and ZIP Code when I googled the address it gives me a New Jersey state and ZIP Code however when I reported them to the BBB I was informed that the company is actually in China and that other consumers have filed similar complaints as mine so therefore I wanted to get the word out on this company and to warn people not to order from them. They have other websites similar to this name regarding the reborn baby dolls its all the same company do not order from them if you want one of these dolls I suggest you use a site like Walmart not this company site User's recommendation: Do not order from them. If There is ever a problem with your order you’ll never be able to get it straightened out and get your credit that you should have a right to her receiving a wrong item or a broken item or a defective item.
