Can’t get parts

I have been waiting for a yolk pin and spring since December of 2019, its now April 2020. The only answer I get is that the part will get here whenever the main office wants to ship it. At this rate I have a costly paperweight. Not happy User's recommendation: Don’t buy Taurus spend a little more for quality.
