Can’t call customer service support

My bluebird card was charged an amount I didnt do and I called to block the card, get my money put back on the card, you cant talk to anyone. Its a Sunday but there is no information through the automated to tell you that. Its interesting that the people who have these cards arent who can either have an account and most likely need to SPEAK to a human not press buttons for options only!!! Also, the online option to freeze your card isnt very assuring when the charge was made already. Will I get my money back? How do I know this!!??? User's recommendation: Not unless the communication is fixed.
