Dorothy Perkins return service does not recognise their own order number, my email address or password. Which I have always used. Because of this I cannot order a returns label and I am stuck with an item. I have been trying for three days. I am so stressed and discouraged. I feel I have been cheated. User's recommendation: Do not use online orders as they give you the runaround when you want to return goods through their errors.
