Can not get any response from them when i recieved a i phone 8 i paid £240 for a phone in good condition but on opening the box it has a crack across the glass that is not a good condition phone stil

Still waiting on there response User's recommendation: go to your local CEX store or second hand place and you can see what you are buying.
