Can not cancel my “subscription”

I can not get through to customer support to cancel my "Subscription". I have been on hold for over an hour. I thought I was paying for a one time background check and then get and email that says I will be bill x4 the amount that I agreed to pay for every month until account is cancelled. Very frustrating and the actual report that came back is generic and not detailed at all. User's recommendation: do not waste your money.
