We bought a camper from JCRN a few years back. We were on a trip and passing back through Ohio with the serious thought of going back to JCRN and purchasing a new larger camper. My husband talked to a guy named Ray and he said the trailer was sold but he had another on order. We decided to call back the next day as we were seven hours outside of the dealership. With a common floorpan we thought there might be another brand that had the same layout. We were sent to Ray's voicemail and left a message. Ray did call back, when we were already back in Massachusetts. (the next day) such a shame, we did like doing business there. Maybe someone should give Ray the heads up on returning phone calls.
